01 - Introduction / Inquiry
We know that a wedding is one of the most important moments in a couples life. It is so important for us to get to know our clients and what they are looking for. Your simple inquiry helps us to understand you and what your big day will be like.
02 - Wedding Consultation
Next its time to schedule your wedding consultation. In this meeting we will speak all about your wedding and specific details on what you want VS need. This meeting is important as it allows us to create the best quote for you. It also allows us to get to know each other before we make our friendship official!
03 - Become an EGP Couple
After we get to know each other we will send you your official invoice. If everything looks good you will pay your deposit and sign your contract. You are now officially an EGP Couple! From here we will send you your questionnaires and other important details to prepare you for your special day.
04 - Engagement Photoshoot
Now we are ready to begin capturing the moments. The engagement shoot will help us to become comfortable with each other before your wedding day. We are also able to teach you a few poses that we will use on your day. Your engagement photos will be delivered within one week for your convenience.
05 - Coffee Date
We have captured your amazing engagement photos but now its time to dive into the wedding details. In this meeting we will talk all about the details of your big day. We will also talk about our prints and albums and bring you samples to see! The meeting usually last no more than 1 hour and is scheduled about 2-3 weeks before your big day.
06 - The Wedding Day
After all of the hard months of planning your big day is finally here. We will be by your side the whole day to guide you through every little detail. We are more than just your photographers, we are your friends. We will remain at the venue photographing for the agreed upon duration of coverage. Once its time to go home we will give you one last final hug before leaving with your special day in our pockets!
07 - Delivery Day
After your amazing day we will send a little sneak peek within 48-72 hours! This will include just a few of our favorite moments from the day. The remainder of your photos will be delivered within your packages delivery window. Once you fall in love with your digital photos, if you decided to purchase some physical prints you will select the photos you want printed. If you desire to get photos printed at another printing service, simply purchase printing rights from our storefront. Prints are delivered within 40 days of gallery delivery.
